This smart application is an innovative platform for social networking and sending greetings of various kinds, offered 100% free of charge. By using this application, you acknowledge and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please cease using the application immediately.

The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the user's access to the application at any time without prior notice in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed justified by the company

Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, government regulations, or disruptions in communication services

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the company’s total liability to the user exceed the amount of fees, if any, paid by the user to the company for using the application during the six months preceding the incident that gave rise to the claim

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the application, the parties shall seek to resolve it amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre
